At Ginter’s Lawn and Landscape we take a lot of pride in our Fertilizer & Weed Control program. We only use premium products. Not the stuff any lawn care provider can buy. All of our applicators are certified in the state of Missouri and Kansas to apply herbicides to our client’s yards.

We started this program because of the poor customer service and cheap products our competition (especially the service providers that buy from local hardware stores) was using on the lawns we mowed. We only use name brand top of the line products and cut no corners when making applications. Your lawn will be treated as if it was our own and because we are a full service lawn care company, we offer all the services your lawn may require to look its best. Each yard is different and so is the requirements for a healthy yard. Here at Ginter’s Lawn and Landscape, we provide a six step fertilizer program.

One of our applications includes pre-emergent to prevent crabgrass. If pre-emergent isn’t put down at the correct time, crabgrass will be one of the hardest weeds to get rid of. We also have an application to prevent grub in our client’s yard. If a yard has brown spots in the spring, it’ll more than likely have grubs and will need an application of grub control to prevent future grubs. Each applicator with Ginter’s Lawn and Landscape holds a current pesticide license with both Missouri and Kansas Department of Agriculture. (We often see clients who attempt to do their own spot spraying for weeds, which only leaves brown splotches in their yard.)

If you have pets, we will use products that are not harmful to them. Also as a courtesy we can call 20 to 30 minutes prior to spraying, so you have time to put the pets out, before we arrive.
